FAQ
How different are your products?
All our products are authentic Moroccan handicrafts made by real artisans in Marrakech. Because every piece is handcrafted, minor variations in color, size, and finish are natural characteristics that make each item unique rather than defects.
How can I place my order?
You can place your order by reviewing our quotation (valid for 15 days) and confirming it by returning a signed Proforma along with the required 50% deposit.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we specialize in international export and logistics, shipping our authentic handicrafts to foreign customers worldwide.
How will my products be delivered?
Deliveries are managed according to agreed shipping terms (typically EXW or FOB). Responsibility for the goods transfers to you once they are handed over to the carrier.
How long does it take to receive my products?
Delivery lead times are estimates and depend on local crafting cycles and shipping. While we work hard to ensure smooth transit, exact delivery times can vary based on production and carrier schedules.
How are my products protected from transport damage?
We carefully supervise packaging during the export process. However, because risk transfers to you once the goods are handed to the carrier, we highly recommend purchasing transport insurance. You must inspect your delivery and report any damages or shortages in writing immediately with photo proof.
Do you accept returns if a product arrives broken?
Due to the nature of international export, standard returns are not accepted unless a major crafting defect is proven. Any transport damages or shortages must be reported immediately with photo proof so they can be handled through transport insurance if applicable.
